Cancellation & Inclement Weather Policy

Charters cancelled within 72 hours in advance will result in full refunds. We will reschedule with less than 72 hours notice and apply deposit to your future date. For bad weather conditions, which includes thunderstorms and small craft warnings, we will reschedule and hold the deposit. If no other dates work for the client, we will refund the deposit.

Charters cancelled within 24 hours will result in a forfeited deposit.
